Welcome to Chill Driving School
Chill started providing driving lessons in Edinburgh and the Lothians in 2007.

We believe that stress, not lack of ability, is the greatest barrier in learning to drive and therefore only select instructors who are extremely patient, dedicated and will understand your concerns and/or objectives very clearly. All our instructors have excellent communication skills and instructional techniques that are reflected in their high pass rates.
We will collect you for your lessons from home or work and guarantee that the lesson times will be of a minimum of one hour.
We are committed to providing a high professional standard of driving tuition based on the level and needs of each individual pupil, and our Edinburgh driving lesson prices are very competitive. It will, as you are nearing the end of your training, make you a safe, courteous and confident driver with the necessary skills in place to pass your test. It will also help you to continue improving all aspects of your driving in the future, not forgetting of course that you have just learnt a "life-skill".
In addition, your Edinburgh driving school car will provide a learning environment that is as calm as you could wish it to be and you will find your instructor patient, considerate and geared towards YOU, the pupil, making the progress you require.. We shall also help you with all aspects of your theory should you have any concerns or questions and give you support and advice leading up to your theory test.
Once you have passed your test and ditched the "L" plates, we can provide further training such as Pass Plus or Motorway lessons. You will benefit from significant savings on your insurance but more importantly gain invaluable additional training to help you out on the roads.
We cover the areas of the City of Edinburgh, Mid, East and West Lothian. Once you have reached a standard of driving suitable to sit your test, you may choose from the DSA Test centres at Currie, Musselburgh (was Joppa) and Haddington.
Finally, its fair to say that we usually make the best progress when we are enjoying what we are learning. So yeah ... we want you to enjoy it!
